CARINA HEIGHTS

A home of this scale tests every trade on the job. Seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, a study and parking for six cars, all across 630 m² of floor area on a 701 m² block. Tyken Group delivered it through our licensed trade divisions, with carpentry, plumbing and the rest of the major trades working to one plan and one standard. The majority of the work was completed by our own in-house teams, which meant we kept tight control over quality and sequencing from the first stage through to handover. Two storeys, solar panels and full fencing came together without handing the project off to anyone else.
